About Longlease Property Management

Longlease brings professional  and responsive block management to a new high level by concentrating in an area rather than trying to run all over the country.  It was founded by Mike Dennison in 2009. Mike has had 20 years previous experience in the industry at a Senior Management Level managing on behalf of resident management companies, developers and freehold investors. Longlease was formed because Mike believed that many leaseholders and directors would prefer to be managed by a local friendly managing agent who can offer an intensive and responsive service instead of the larger distant Managing Agents.

Longlease Property Management is small enough to care about the development and the individuals who live on the development but large enough also to offer a thorough and professional service to your Company through cost effective and quality driven management. We have specialist block management computer software produced by T&H Computer Services Ltd who are based in Halesowen this enables us to produce financial reports within minutes.

Our Fees are clear and agreed on a fee per apartment per year basis. The fee will be included in the Service Charge budget and will be agreed together each year.

Longlease Property Management uses the RICS code of practice as its business platform. This ensures that Longlease is able to provide the best service in a way that is open, fair and legal.
